#7 Trophy Truck driver Scott Steinberger and the PCI Racing Team just completed final testing for this weekends SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge. “The truck has never felt better, it’s the fastest the truck has ever gone” are the words from Scott after climbing out of the Fabtech, Toyo Tires, Ford F150. “Right out of the transporter she was extremely fast, in every gear it just pushes you further into the seat, I can’t wait for this weekend!”

Leaving the starting line 3rd of 32 Trophy Trucks, starting in pairs every 20 seconds, it will take 5 minutes to start the field. On an 8-mile racecourse, the first lap leader will be hot on the tails of the last starters and Scott is on a mission to be that leader. “Patton Racing Engines found more horsepower with new cylinder heads and a new spec camshaft, the dyno numbers were impressive, driving it was unbelievable!” Scott said. “The team has put together the best truck yet, we made no major adjustments during the test, we are ready to race.”
